Tasting Note
NoseHoneycomb, Lion Bars, Sesame Snaps, oily smoke, and a smidge of dried citrus peels.
PalateOrange comes to the fore, with sea salt and black pepper for balance. Crunchy brown sugar and some flaky pastry.
FinishDried cedar, caramel, a hint of candied tropical fruit.
