Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available for all orders above RM500 within West Malaysia.

Do you deliver to East Malaysia or outside Malaysia?

Sorry, we currently only deliver within West Malaysia. We do not ship to East Malaysia or internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, with 2 days being the usual timeframe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer and Touch & Go (free shipping), as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

How does Bank Transfer / Touch & Go payment work?

Once you place an order, our team will send you the bank details via WhatsApp, Email, or Facebook. Please send us your payment receipt after completing the transfer.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

With COD, the shipping company will deliver your order and collect cash payment. The delivery man will contact you before arrival. Please note:

- Cash is the only accepted payment for COD.
- The delivery man will not allow you to open the package before payment is received.
- If items are damaged upon opening, please record a video as evidence — we take full responsibility.

Is there a fee for Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD requires a 4% handling fee. For example: RM500 order × 4% = RM20, so total payable is RM520.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes, Same Day Delivery is available within Klang Valley via Lalamove. Contact our customer service to arrange:

Delivery subsidies we provide:
- 1 bottle — we cover RM10
- 2 bottles — we cover RM15
- 3 bottles and above — we cover RM20
Full payment must be made before delivery.

Can I do COD with Same Day Delivery?

Yes, please contact our customer service to arrange this.

How do I track my order?

Our Customer Service Representative will provide you a tracking code via WhatsApp or Facebook once your order is dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

Contact us at +601120756250 (Mr. Tan) or Facebook as soon as possible. We'll do our best to rearrange. If we are unable to, it will be treated as a new delivery and additional fees may apply.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

In cases of unexpected delays due to bad weather, floods, or events outside our control, our customer service team will promptly communicate with all affected customers.
