Production Method & Ingredients
A highly limited Junmai Daiginjo produced using the distinctive Shichitare Nijukkan drip-brewing technique. The fermented mash is placed into cloth bags and allowed to release sake naturally through gravity, without mechanical pressure, creating an exceptionally delicate and refined style of Shizuku / drip sake. The sake is made from premium Japanese sake rice polished to 35%.

Tasting Notes
Exceptionally elegant and aromatic, with layers of ripe melon, white peach and delicate citrus. The palate is silky and refined, combining gentle fruit sweetness with subtle acidity and beautifully integrated rice umami. Its graceful structure develops in layers before finishing clean, delicate and lingering.
