Production Method & Ingredients
Crafted by Takagi Shuzo using Sake Mirai, a premium sake rice developed by the brewery. Brewed as a Junmai Daiginjo and polished to an exceptionally refined 35%. The “Morohaku” style refers to the use of highly polished white rice for both the koji rice and brewing rice.

Tasting Notes
Elegant aromas of honeydew melon, ripe pear, Fuji apple and delicate tropical fruit. The palate is silky and smooth, with gentle sweetness, refreshing acidity and refined rice umami. Rich yet beautifully balanced, finishing clean, crisp and lingering.
Pairing Suggestions
Excellent with premium sashimi, sushi, white fish, scallops, oysters and other delicate seafood. Its refined fruit character also pairs beautifully with lightly seasoned Japanese cuisine.
