Single Malt Scotch Whisky created as a tribute to The Macallan Estate. The expression incorporates spirit made using barley grown on the estate and is matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned oak casks, delivering the rich fruit and spice associated with The Macallan style.

Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of dried fruit, cinnamon, orange and warm oak. The palate offers raisins, figs, sweet citrus, ginger and polished spice with a smooth texture and a long, gently warming finish.

Pairs well with dark chocolate, dried fruits, roasted nuts, aged cheese and caramel-based desserts. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
