Production Method & Ingredients
Initially matured in bourbon casks before secondary maturation in rare Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks that had previously formed part of traditional Solera systems for more than 55 years. Bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.

Tasting Notes
Brandied plum, intense mocha, honeycomb, caramel, molasses and cocoa on the nose. The palate delivers plum syrup, treacle, heather honey, black cherry, mocha and brandied orchard fruits, followed by crystallised cinnamon and ginger.
Pairing Suggestions
Excellent with dark chocolate, fruitcake, sticky toffee pudding, roasted nuts, mature cheese and rich dried-fruit desserts. Also ideal as a slow-sipping after-dinner whisky.
