Production Method & Ingredients
Made using Ryū no Otoshigo (龍の落とし子), a proprietary sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo. The rice is polished to approximately 35%. This Nama version is presented as unpasteurized sake, preserving a particularly fresh and vivid aromatic character.
