Production / Brewing Method & Ingredients: Crafted from 100% malted barley at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Aberlour, Speyside, Scotland. Carefully selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, this 10-year-old single malt is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, Rioja wine barriques, and virgin oak casks. Bottled at natural cask strength of 58.1% ABV, without added colouring or chill filtration, Batch 9 delivers an intensely rich and complex whisky that showcases the distillery’s distinctive cask maturation expertise.
