A small-batch Craigellachie distilled in 2009 and matured for 16 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. Signatory Vintage bottled the whisky in June 2026 at 46% ABV for the relaunched Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The bourbon casks add vanilla, honey, orchard fruit, and gentle spice while leaving Craigellachie’s robust, waxy, and subtly savoury spirit firmly in charge.
Nose
Ripe pear, waxed lemon, honeyed malt, vanilla, and subtle savoury notes.
Palate
Orchard fruit, vanilla cream, citrus zest, waxy malt, and peppery oak.
Finish
Honey, lemon oil, malt, and gentle spice.
