Ardbeg Grooves is a unique expression that was matured in ex-bourbon casks and heavily charred red wine casks, likely Portuguese red wine barrels. The name “Grooves” refers to the grooved surface inside the charred wine casks.
Tasting Note
Nose
- Smoky and sweet aromas with notes of buttered popcorn, brine, iodine, and seaweed
- Citrus fruits (lemon, lime), cinnamon, and paprika.
Palate
- Rich, oily mouthfeel with a balance of sweetness and smokiness
- Pears, candy apples, red hot cinnamon candy, and vanilla
- Spicy notes of smoked paprika and oak
Finish
- Long, dry, and sweet
- Toffee, earthy peat, smoke, and lingering candy apple flavors
- Ripe stone fruits like peach and plum
Overall, Ardbeg Grooves offers a unique profile that differs from Ardbeg’s core range. It successfully balances the distillery’s signature peat smoke with fruity and spicy notes imparted by the wine cask maturation. Our packaging personnel will ensure your items are securely packaged before handing them over to the shipping company. (Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days,with 2 days being the usual timeframe.)
With the COD service, the shipping company will handle the delivery and collect the cash payment. The delivery man will contact you before the delivery, allowing you to pay in cash upon receiving the package.

Changing Delivery Address
