The Committee Release is bottled at a cask strength of 51.7% ABV, which is higher than the regular release, providing a more intense and robust experience.
Tasting Note
Appearance
Deep gold with amber hues
Nose
The nose is rich and complex, featuring a blend of maritime notes such as seaweed and brine, intertwined with smoky peat. There are also hints of dark chocolate, espresso, and a touch of herbal undertones.
Palate
On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and phenolic, with pronounced flavors of asphalt and tar. There are also notes of roasted peanuts, rubber, and a distinct brininess. The whisky is quite spicy, with a peppery kick that complements the smoky and earthy flavors.
Finish
The finish is long and lingering, with a balance of smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet notes. The maritime influence remains prominent, leaving a lasting impression of sea salt and peat smoke.

Changing Delivery Address

If the rearrangement is unsuccessful, it will be considered a new delivery. We will inform you of any additional delivery costs that might be incurred, and your order will be redelivered pending your approval.
