Nakadori refers to the middle portion of the sake pressing, prized for its balance and clarity of flavour. Muroka indicates that the sake has not undergone charcoal filtration, allowing more of its natural flavour and aromatic character to remain. The result is a richly expressive sake with a fresh, vibrant profile.
