Orikarami refers to sake bottled with a small amount of fine rice sediment, producing a lightly cloudy appearance and a fuller mouthfeel. The Hon Nama designation indicates an unpasteurised sake, preserving its fresh, lively character and delicate fermentation-derived aromas.
