Production Method & Ingredients
Crafted from 100% malted barley and Scottish water, this 15-year-old single malt is part of Glenfiddich’s Perpetual Collection. VAT 03 uses Glenfiddich’s Solera-inspired maturation and marrying process to create a rich, layered and well-balanced whisky with greater depth and intensity.

Rich and full-bodied with honeyed sweetness, ripe fruit, vanilla and warm baking spices. Layers of dried fruit and malt are complemented by toasted oak, leading to a warming, complex and lingering finish.

Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, aged cheeses, grilled or roasted meats and rich caramel-based desserts. Best enjoyed neat or with a small amount of water to reveal its deeper aromas and flavours.
