Production Method & Ingredients
Japanese Single Malt Whisky produced at Suntory’s forest-surrounded Hakushu Distillery. It combines malt whiskies of different maturities and styles, including lightly peated components, to create Hakushu’s signature fresh, green and subtly smoky profile.

Tasting Notes
Fresh and crisp with peppermint, cucumber, citrus and green herbs. The palate is light and refreshing with yuzu, grapefruit and gentle sweetness, followed by subtle smoke and a clean finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Pairs well with sashimi, sushi, grilled fish, oysters and lightly seasoned seafood. Excellent neat, over ice or in a Japanese-style highball.
