Production / Brewing Method & Ingredients: Crafted from 100% malted barley at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Aberlour, Speyside, Scotland. Distilled on 20 August 2008 and bottled in October 2023 after 15 years of maturation in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon. This exclusive single cask release, Cask No. 800227, was specially selected and bottled for Mr. Toh Sek Piew & Friends, yielding only 681 bottles. Bottled at natural cask strength of 55.1% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration, it showcases the rich, distinctive character of long-term Oloroso sherry cask maturation.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Deep mahogany amber with rich reddish-brown highlights.

• Nose: Rich aromas of dried raisins, dark chocolate, figs, and toasted almonds, complemented by hints of cinnamon, orange peel, and polished oak.

• Palate: Full-bodied and luxurious, featuring flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, treacle, and roasted nuts, balanced by warming spices and rich sherry sweetness.

• Finish: Long, warming, and complex, with lingering notes of dried fruits, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and gentle spice.
