A limited-edition Japanese single malt from Suntory’s 2024 Tsukuriwake Series. It is composed of malt whiskies aged for at least 18 years in Japanese Mizunara oak, showcasing the distinctive aromatic character that develops through extended maturation in this rare and notoriously difficult-to-work-with oak.

Tasting Notes
Reddish amber in colour, with elegant aromas of dark cherry and ripe peach accented by cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate brings subtly spiced orange notes and Japanese incense, developing into a long finish of clove, sandalwood and dried coconut.
Pairing Suggestions
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. Pairs beautifully with wagyu beef, grilled unagi, roasted duck, dark chocolate, chestnuts and delicately smoked Japanese cuisine.
