Tasting Notes
Rich aromas of dried fruit, sherry, dark chocolate and warm spices with a subtle smoky undertone. The palate develops baked apple, raisins, cinnamon, oak and gentle peat smoke, followed by a smooth and lingering finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Excellent with smoked meats, mature cheese, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and dried fruits. Best enjoyed neat or with a small splash of water.
