Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for 17 years, using a combination of American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak sherry casks. Presented at natural colour and non-chill filtered to retain its full character.

Rich and rounded with layers of orchard fruit, dried fruits, vanilla and honey, complemented by warm spices and gentle oak. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, leading to a long, warming and elegantly spiced finish.

Pairs beautifully with roasted nuts, aged cheese, dark chocolate, dried fruits and roasted meats. Excellent enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
