Production Method & Ingredients
A Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for at least 12 years in a combination of European oak sherry-seasoned casks, American oak sherry-seasoned casks and American oak ex-bourbon casks. This triple-cask maturation creates a lighter, balanced style combining fruit, vanilla and oak.

Tasting Notes
Smooth and elegant with aromas of vanilla, fresh citrus, melon and gentle oak. The palate brings together lemon, vanilla, toasted oak and subtle spice, followed by a clean, slightly sweet and lingering finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Pairs beautifully with roasted nuts, mild cheeses, grilled seafood, vanilla desserts and light chocolate. Excellent neat, over ice or with a small splash of water.
