Production Method & Ingredients
A seasonal unpasteurized release made in the Arabashiri style, capturing the first naturally flowing portion during pressing. The rice is polished to approximately 45%, while the Hon Nama treatment preserves the sake’s fresh, vivid and youthful expression.

Tasting Notes
Fresh and aromatic with notes of green apple, pear, melon and white peach. The palate is lively and silky with juicy fruit character, refreshing acidity and delicate rice umami, leading to a crisp and clean finish.
