Yamagata Prefecture, Japan — produced by Takagi Shuzo, the brewery behind the renowned Juyondai label.
Production Method & Ingredients
Crafted using Sake Mirai (酒未来), a premium sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo. The rice is polished to approximately 45%. The Nakadori (中取り) method selects the prized middle portion of the sake during pressing, known for its exceptional balance, purity and refined character.
