Production Method & Ingredients
Crafted using premium Banshu Yamada Nishiki (播州山田錦) sake rice. The rice is polished to approximately 45%. The “Nakadori” method selects the prized middle portion of the sake pressing, valued for its balance, clarity and refined character.
