Crafted by Takagi Shuzo, one of Japan’s renowned sake breweries, in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.

Brewing & Craftsmanship
A premium Junmai Daiginjo brewed in the traditional Morohaku style, where highly polished white rice is used for both the koji and main fermentation mash. The sake is crafted using highly polished rice at a 40% polishing ratio, allowing the delicate aromas, refined texture and clean flavour profile to shine.

Tasting Notes
Elegant and aromatic, with delicate notes of white peach, melon, pear and ripe apple. The palate is smooth, silky and beautifully balanced, bringing together gentle sweetness, refined rice umami and refreshing acidity. It finishes clean and crisp, leaving a long, graceful fruity aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions
Best enjoyed chilled. Its delicate fruitiness and clean acidity make it an excellent companion to sashimi, sushi, fresh white fish, scallops, lightly seasoned seafood and refined Japanese cuisine. It can also be paired with delicate French dishes where the sake’s subtle sweetness and umami can complement rather than overpower the food.
