These whiskies have been carefully married and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, sherry, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, imparting a unique and complex character to the final product.

Tasting Note
Color
Deep amber, with a warm golden hue.
Nose
The aroma is rich and inviting, with notes of honey, dried fruits (raisins and figs), and a subtle hint of sea salt. There are also delicate floral notes, complemented by the distinct sandalwood aroma imparted by the Mizunara oak casks.
Palate
The palate is full-bodied and well-rounded, with flavours of caramel, vanilla, and a gentle smokiness from the peated malt. The sherry cask influence adds a layer of dried fruit and nutty notes, while the Mizunara oak contributes a unique spiciness and a hint of incense.
