An artisanal mezcal produced from 100% green agave (Agave salmiana) native to the highlands of San Luis Potosí. Its production reflects the distinctive mezcal-making traditions of the region and highlights the naturally herbaceous, mineral and fresh character of Salmiana agave. The striking red handcrafted decanter is inspired by the landscape and cultural heritage of San Luis Potosí.

Tasting Notes
Bright and distinctive with fresh green agave, citrus peel, herbs and mineral notes. The palate develops grapefruit, green pepper, herbal nuances and subtle sweetness, complemented by a delicate smoky character and a long, fresh finish.

Best enjoyed neat. Excellent with ceviche, grilled seafood, citrus-marinated dishes, fresh cheeses, roasted vegetables and mildly spicy Mexican cuisine.
