Production / Distillation Method & Ingredients
A classic V.S.O.P Cognac produced from a blend of selected eaux-de-vie made from white wine grapes. The wines are double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills and the eaux-de-vie are matured in French oak barrels before blending to achieve Hennessy’s signature balance of fruit, spice and oak.

Tasting Notes
Expressive aromas of vanilla, clove, cinnamon and toasted oak with ripe fruit underneath. The palate is smooth and balanced, showing apricot, peach, vanilla and gentle spice, followed by a warm and persistent finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Versatile enough to enjoy neat, over ice, in a highball or in classic Cognac cocktails. Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted nuts, chocolate desserts, aged cheeses and dried fruits.
