It is composed from carefully selected malt whiskies with an emphasis on smoky character while retaining Yamazaki’s signature fruitiness, complexity and refined Japanese whisky style.

Tasting Notes
Elegant smoke layered with ripe fruit, gentle sweetness and subtle spice. Notes of citrus, orchard fruit and vanilla develop alongside soft oak and restrained peat smoke, leading to a smooth, complex and lingering smoky finish.
Pairing Suggestions
Excellent with grilled beef, yakitori, smoked meats, roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or with a small amount of water to open up its smoky and fruity aromas.
