Daftmill is a farm distillery, owned and run by the Cuthbert family, who grow all of the barley used in their whisky on-site. The distillery is only operational during the farm’s quiet periods in mid-summer and mid-winter, sometimes producing as few as 100 casks per year. The distillery was granted its license in 2005, but not in a hurry to rush out their product, it was 2018 before their inaugural release. This patience and dedication to their craft has won the distillery an army of passionate fans, among collectors and connoisseurs alike.
First-fill Ex-Heaven hill bourbon barrel #37 was filled on 30th November 2007. The Optic barley used for the whisky was grown in Daftmill’s south fields and harvested in the last week of August 2006. It was then stored on the farm before being malted in the summer of 2007. The cask was finally selected by a team from legendary wine & spirits merchants Berry Brothers & Rudd.
One of 226 bottled at cask strength and released in the autumn of 2020, exclusive to Japan.

With the COD service, the shipping company will handle the delivery and collect the cash payment. The delivery man will contact you before the delivery, allowing you to pay in cash upon receiving the package.

2. The delivery man will not allow you to open the package before receiving the cash.(Courier Service Rules)
3. If there is any damage to the items upon opening the package, please record a video as evidence. Our company will take full responsibility for any damages.

Changing Delivery Address

If the rearrangement is unsuccessful, it will be considered a new delivery. We will inform you of any additional delivery costs that might be incurred, and your order will be redelivered pending your approval.
