Free Shipping within West Malaysia (no minimum spend)

Cash On Delivery (COD) 

Cash on delivery (COD) service requires a 4% handling fee

For example: RM500 x 4% = RM20

RM500 + RM20 (handling fee) = RM520#

Our packaging personnel will ensure your items are securely packaged before handing them over to the shipping company.  (Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days,with 2 days being the usual timeframe.)

With the COD service, the shipping company will handle the delivery and collect the cash payment. The delivery man will contact you before the delivery, allowing you to pay in cash upon receiving the package.

Please take note of the following:

1. Cash is the only accepted payment for COD.

2. The delivery man will not allow you to open the package before receiving the cash.(Courier Service Rules)

3. If there is any damage to the items upon opening the package, please record a video as evidence. Our company will take full responsibility for any damages.


Bank Transfer/Touch & Go (Free Shipping)

Once you have placed an order, our team will inbox you the bank information with Whatsapp/Email/Facebook.

Please send us the receipt after you done the payment.It may take 2-4 working days to delivered.


Same Day Delivery within Klang Valley (Lalamove)

Contact our customer service to arrange the delivery and confirm the delivery fees +601118848488 (Mr Tan) or Facebook

Delays in Delivery

In case of any unexpected delays due to bad weather, floods, or events out of our control, our customer service team will strive to communicate promptly to all affected customers


Order Status

Our Customer Service Representative will provide tracking code via WhatsApp/Facebook.


Changing Delivery Address

If you have already checked out and would like to change the delivery address, contact our customer service team at +601118848488 (Mr Tan) or Facebook as soon as possible; we will try our best to rearrange the scheduled delivery.

If the rearrangement is unsuccessful, it will be considered a new delivery. We will inform you of any additional delivery costs that might be incurred, and your order will be redelivered pending your approval.
