Singleton Glen Ord was founded in the year 1838, by Thomas Mackenzie in the Black Isle, a peninsula of rich, dark loam which is perfect for growing barley. Today, the Singleton Glen Ord distillery is the only remaining single malt Scotch whisky distillery left in the Black Isle.

Singleton Glen Ord 21 Years is a Highland single malt scotch whisky. Its sophisticated taste is derived from the hints of fruity aromas, treacle toffee, fudge and burnt orange, all of which create a rounded smoothness. Only 1 cask in 20,000 of The Singleton maturing whisky stock is deemed special enough to be selected to create this rare and exceptionally smooth single malt scotch whisky. Bottled at the standard 40% ABV.

TO THE EYE

Yellow Gold.

TO THE NOSE

The aroma sings with sweet sherry soaked peaches which contrast with sharp interludes of fresh ginger.

TO THE PALATE

Notes of treacle toffee and burnt orange become beautifully balanced on the palate.

TO THE END

Long with a hint of smoke, fruit compote and lots of red berry fruit.
