Tasting Note
NoseStewed orchard fruit and sherried dried fruit, with polished oak and caramelised nuts.
PalateVanilla fudge, pear and blackberry crumble and lots of baking spice, along with frangipane and toffee apple.
FinishA pinch of tobacco on a dry and sweetly spiced finish.
