Nose: Light wafts of Sherried malt with a good burst of clove and cinnamon. Give it a minute for a touch of old oak to arrive.

Palate: Oak is much more generous on the palate, alongside hints of cigar box and freshly harvested barley.

Finish: A slight whisper of peat appears on the finish.
